Tel: 0207 854 8500
Nancy Ovens Bursary
Bursaries worth up to £2000 are awarded annually by the Nancy Ovens Trust.
The bursary is aimed at paid or voluntary coaches and leaders in the active leisure and learning sector who wish to improve their skills through an innovative training programme, outside the scope of regular training.
Applicants are expected to create and tailor their own training experience to allow them to develop new and improved skills, which will then be implemented and used within their current role. They look for intuitive ideas that demonstrate the motivation and drive of applicants, and all experiences should be undertaken outside of an individual’s day to day role.
