Notice of 66th Annual General Meeting of basketballscotland Limited

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of basketballscotland Ltd, will be held on Sunday 4th November 2012, from 3pm at our Head Office, Caledonia House, South Gyle, Edinburgh, EH12 9DQ.

Only representatives of 2012/13 affiliated clubs will be entitled to attend.  

For the parties interested please  find the following papers in preparation for the meeting:

3. 2011/12 Financial Report, comprising:

Basketball_final_accs_dated_10_Oct_2012[1];

Income and Expenditure Statement;

Full working papers, including nominations, resolutions and details on how to vote will be sent to affiliated club at a later date.
