U12′s & U14′s are back in the North of Scotland : Pre-Season Development Tournament.

The North of Scotland u12 and u14 Regional development league season tipped off with a Pre season tournament at the World class International school of Aberdeen on Sunday the 30th of November.

 The North of Scotland Regional Development League links Grampian and Highland regions, our CashBack Regional Development Officers joint efforts this season to promote opportunities at u12 and u14 level.

 150 players from 22 teams turned up for an exciting day of non-stop basketball action. All the players who gave their all impressed coaches with their basketball skills. The coaches lead and encourage their teams in the close and not so close games, and young officials controlled the games in a great way allowing players to enjoy the game.

 The parents and fans were cheering all day, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

 With more teams set to join in when the league starts on the 4th of November, it looks like this is going to be a big season for youth basketball in the North of Scotland.
