Fury, American Kimball and Stirling Knights face off in a triangular tournament on Saturday.

This Friday night at the Mariner Sports Centre , Clark Eriksson Fury will face Kimball Union Academy – a top Prep School team from USA. The American side are on a tour of GB and Falkirk is their first stop where a talented squad of 11 players from age 16 -18 years will face a Fury All Star Select side on Friday. Fury’s team will include former Fury stars Ali Fraser who has just competed for GB U20 Mens side and Cameron Buchan now a NCAA Division 1 rower but the 6ft 10 centre is still a solid basketball player. On Saturday Fury, Kimball and Stirling Knights face off in a triangular tournament at the Mariner Sports Centre with games at 4pm, 5.45 and at Fury and pro Rocks star Jonny Bunyan attended and have in their line up a number of players already in line to play NCAA Division 1 basketball. Star of the side is their lightening fast point guard Devon Thomas who was a teammate of Bunyan’s two seasons ago. Also in the Kimball side is outstanding prospect 16 year old Crew Ainge, the son of former NBA and Boston Celtics legend – Danny Ainge. Kimball will play uptempo fast breaking basketball and will have excellent perimeter shooters in their side. Kimball are being hosted by Fury and meet Provost Pat Reid at Falkirk Football Stadium on Friday.

Kimballs American coaches will host camps for Fury and Knights players throughout their 4 day visit. Kimball then travel to London for competition in the capital.7.30p. Spectators are welcome to the All Star Match on Friday and the tournament on Saturday.
